There are various methods of enhancing the way we think. This can lead to living in more peace through bringing awareness to your thoughts and thereby to whatever you are doing.
The benefits of bringing awareness to your thoughts and actions have enormous benefits for health and happiness. The nervous system can get very overstimulated causing anxiety and a quick stress response. This affects your health very significantly as the state of your nervous sytem affects your bodies organs and immune system.
The methods I utilise and teach are Mindfulness Based Stressed Stress Reduction (MBSR), Meditation, Heart Math and Guided Mental Imagery.
